Different services for different purposes but somewhat. You may try several and find how they appear and feel to use.

No single favorite but mine from your list are: GMail, Proton, Yahoo. There is also one more for my additional choice. GMail is good if you like some services from Google. Yahoo is good if you want something you can dedicate JUST to email. That statement is not absolute; just my feeling.

Gmail is my favorite. Love the labels and simplicity, but with robust settings if you need them.

Those pages are both sign-in pages. There be a page for registration or account creation?

I'm using

Gmail
Outlook
Tuta
Proton

Satisfied with all 4 of them. The interfaces are all clear, not complex, and have a good appearance.

With the small sidenote that, while the inbox itself is perfectly fine, I don't like that after signing out of Outlook you are redirected to a page full of ads instead of being redirected back to the sign-in page.

But overall, satisfied with all 4.

If there were any service of which I didn't like the look or functionality, I'd have long made the transfer to another service.

Outlook.com is quite slow on my end. I had my answer when I saw many people complaining about their spam filters. I used my main email to send to that account's alias, and the result was as expected: it went straight to SPAM. :bối rối:
