Subscription/Billing/Alias problem

I've sent messages to the official FM addresses about a problem with my account. I don't want to go into detail here but can someone get back to me? I'm a Full member.

I am not an employee of Fastmail, so can't be of any direct help. But you will normally get the fastest response if you enter a Support Ticket. You can do this from the initial login screen (where it asks for your account name and password). At the top of this screen, select Support (ALT-P on some browsers), then select the first link on the support page:
immediately submit a support request

This should be appropriate for requests which are not technical in nature or for some other reason are not appropriate for this forum (for a Full member). Most technical problems can be best handled through this forum.

I sent one to support at fastmail dot fm on the 4/10/06 and then one following the steps you mention a few days latter. Now I'm here. I'm rather surprised at the unusual service.

Kurian's ISP apparently had been having problems for 5 days or so, making some support a bit erratic. I was trying to help out, but there were still a few longer requests outstanding unfortunately. I believe just about everything has been responded to now...
