Following the innovatively titled 'Premature Delivery' I thought I would steal the idea and apply it half as well.
(Sorry for the uninformative title which resulted from this.) Anyhow the topic of this post regards a problem of my nearest and dearest who I introduced to FM. She says that she sent a mail but it does not appear in her sent items box. It is a particularly important mail which she does not want to resend if it has reached the recipiant for obvoius reasons. I have checked to see if she has saved it under anything else and I can not see it. She has not Bcc'd it to herself at another account to gaurantee that it has gone out. Can anyone suggest how to tell if it has gone out or not? Are there any recorded similar occurances of mail sent not appearing in sent items? Thanks Larry Last edited by leisuresuitlary : 11 May 2003 at 10:15 PM. |

The only way to see if it's been sent through the server is to sift through the logs, meaning you'll have to ask support to do that.
Does the personality she used (assuming she used the web interface at the time) specify that a copy of outgoing mail should be saved? If not, that may be why it can't be found in Sent Items. |
