Copying files in Outlook

I am accustomed to being able to move a batch of mails in the mighty fastmail from one folder to another. It is also possible to copy the mails into another folder without removing them from the inbox.

I can move mails in outlook but can not seem to copy them. Surely there must be a way to do this.

drag-and-drop with control key held down
when Ctrl is held a plus should appear by the cursor

Or right-click and select "Copy to Folder..." from the menu.
