Let's hope the situation in Bali is just a BLIP. We win some and lose some, while hopefully keeping our eyes on the mark.

While we're discussing Bali and local customs: here are some CLAY products from that island.

Don't you think that most of us consider email as a PLAY activity?

A long time ago (when email was new) I read that someone had a PLAN to adopt email for commercial use

But, Mousie, thou art no thy lane [you aren't alone]
In proving foresight may be vain:
The best laid schemes o' mice an' men
Gang aft a-gley, [often go awry]
An' lea'e us nought but grief an' pain,
For promised joy.

SAID Robert Burns' in 'Ode To a Mouse'

I often HAVE difficulties when trying to write down an @ sign, at least when I am using a pen.

Mouse, we HATE it when your tail becomes tangled.
Curl it smoothly around your body and it will become obvious that you are announcing a domain.
Those who draw you should try using a good quality sharp pencil if a pen becomes unruly and blurs your beautiful form.

The other day, cast members of LEND ME A TENOR were joined on stage by an unwanted furry friend, who dashed across the stage during a hotel scene. After hearing of the incident, PETA [People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals] offered to help, and sent a letter to the manager of the theater, requesting the use of only humane mouse-control methods

Read more about the Mouse-GATE, including a written response by the said rodent.

I would RATE the PETA solution a most excellent one

I wonder if the mouse (in question) was a 'Dormouse' like the mouse in 'Alice in Wonderland'
