Actually no, but I have tried root beer. My favourite beer however (when I meet with friends) is Okanagan Springs Porter

Someone needs to give that dog a MEAL.

I haven't tried Beet Beer but I have made Beet Jelly; you use the clear, pure juice from boiling peeled and cleaned beats, and the recipe also uses Jello, in its powder form. It sounds weird but the kids love it, you use strawberry,grape, cherry, etc. for whichever flavour jelly you want.

My dog was DEAF, no seriously . . .

He was a Dalmatian named Ben (RIP), and I didn't know this when I got him, but . . .

I taught him a simple sign language (hand signals), and we got on famously.

Sadly, I was devastated when he died.
