Are there any good services that provide mailing/distribution list hosting? I have about 6000 mailing lists with approximately 16000 contacts. I need the service to support using our domain and an API for creating, deleting, and updating mailing lists. The volume of email is about 15,000 per month. This is for transactional type email for a membership organization.

Anyone have any recommendations?
