That's exactly how family/business plans work. Sub-accounts can be created, modified, deleted, or detached (converted to a regular FM account). When an account is deleted or downgraded, the remaining or difference in funds for that account are returned to the master account's fund pool for renewals, new account creation, or account upgrades.

@smartchoiceweb, If you selected one of the pre-defined plans you've likely paid for more accounts than you need. Look under Manage -> Add / change / delete users, to ensure that you only have as many accounts as you need. Each sub-account can be one of three different levels (basic, standard, or professional), each with different mail and file storage capacities. If you have too many sub-accounts listed, you can delete them from there and the extra funds will be returned to the master account's fund pool. If the sub-accounts all have too much storage capacity, you can downgrade them to a lower level and those funds will also be refunded to the master fund pool.
