And if you want your Enhanced FM account to be the central store of all your mail (organized via folders, etc), you'd want to be able to forward or pop those mails routed to the backup account back to FM after the downtime. The free Yahoo doesn't support pop3 access though...
I ended up with MailSnare multipak Enhanced accounts for our secondary mail (though Runbox's multipak/multi-year pricing is a VERY good deal!). Also still have multiple paid accts at each of Yahoo Plus, GoDaddy Deluxe, eNom, various ISPs, etc (and single test accts at Oddpost, etc), but they're either too limited or too expensive to continue renewing. It was a close call w/ Runbox, but 2 of our regular usernames were already taken there, plus Edwin had said MailSnare's servers are in my town (only partially turns out)...
For now we use our MailSnare for backup MX (it also has a lot of space and SA/AV), backup SMTP on email clients (multiple ports & SSL), webmail HTML composition, etc... We also have our individual own-domains in another TLD routing there.
BTW, I found out MailSnare lets you buy as much extra storage as you want ($25 one-time fee per extra 250MB)? So I could theoretically add more space indefinitely for our heaviest user (who's currently constrained by FM's 650MB max limit), but of course he won't need as much space just for the backup acct...
